Our Policy
What can be returned?
We want you to love what you take home. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, reach out within 7 days of pickup and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned, opened, or used.
What about exchanges?
If your item is unopened and in its original condition, we're happy to exchange it for a different scent — subject to availability. Just reach out within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
The Process
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@nightbloom.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if the item arrived damaged.
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. No hoops, no hassle.
What if my order arrived damaged?
We pack everything with care, but things happen. If your candle or product arrived cracked, broken, or otherwise not how it should be — send us a photo within 7 days of pickup and we'll replace it or issue a full refund.
No arguments. That's on us.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes, reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed for pickup, we may not be able to modify it — but we'll always try.
